Access control for people in demand

Controlled access,
not cards.

After a talk, thirty people move toward one speaker who has to be somewhere else. Everybody loses. Ropeline is the thing they can hand over in two seconds that does the whole job. You are looking at it. Open the doors.

Built in Kent. Open Door is free. No card needed.

PublicBio, the talk, one link. Open to anyone.
Public. Open.

What a stranger sees: who the owner is, what they offer, one way in. No data asked for. This is the door that keeps people from walking away empty.

InsiderPricing and the deck. Costs you a name and an email.
Insider. Locked.

A locked tier you can see is the point: nobody asks for a door they cannot see. Unlock it the way a visitor would.

Inner CircleThe direct number. By the owner's approval only.
Inner Circle. By approval.

Request sent to the owner. They decide, one request at a time, and the number never leaves the system until they say yes. That is the whole product in one sentence.

Why this exists

A stranger passes within reach, and there is no fast way to move them from passing to captured.

The stand buys proximity. Nothing in the stand buys the follow up. Ask a speaker for a number and they hesitate. Ask for a handle and they hesitate. They are not rude; they operate in tiers, and they are trying to leave. Ropeline gives them a gate they control, so the right people get through and the rest get a reason to come back.

How it works

Doors, a gate, and an engine.

You have just used all three. Here is what happened behind the curtain.

01

Doors

A QR on the stage screen, a link in a LinkedIn bio, a scan-to-enter draw on a stand, a virtual event badge. Every door leads to the same place. You came in through ropeline.io.

02

The gate

The visitor sees the tier they qualify for. Unlocking the next one costs them contact details, or the owner's say-so. Locked tiers stay visible, because nobody asks for a door they cannot see.

03

The engine

Every scan becomes a logged lead: which door, which tier, what they gave, and when. The owner's list lands by the morning after. That list is the whole point.

The morning after

Not a pocket of cards. A list.

Sorted by tier, not by when you met them. The Inner Circle requests sit at the top, waiting for a yes or a no, with a 48-hour clock running.

Who it is for

Same gate. Different rooms.

Event organisers

Every speaker on the bill reachable on their own terms, set up before the doors open, and you own the combined lead list. Sell it on to your exhibitors and keep the margin.

Exhibitors

A gate on every item on the stand instead of a rented scanner and a pile of cards. The list is in your inbox the night the hall closes.

Sales teams and executive assistants

A gate in front of a senior person. The assistant approves Inner Circle requests one at a time; nothing is shared by default.

People who do not give out their number

Executives, investors, public figures. No public listing, every request vetted by a person before it reaches you, a code only you hand out. By application.

Pricing

Tiers depending on your stairs.

One system replaces the card app, the scanner rental and the follow-up tool, and adds the gate none of them have. The price you join at is the price you keep. Tap a step to turn it over.

Free

Open Door

The lock on the Insider tier is the advert. The moment you want to know who scanned, step up to Doorstep. Nothing to cancel, nothing to forget.

Doorstep
£29a month, or £290 a year

One page, three tiers, one QR and one link. Leads emailed as they land.

Turn over
Doorstep

Inner Circle approved by you, one request at a time. One good lead pays for the year. For anyone who works a room: a speaker, a founder, a tradesperson at a show.

Headliner
£129a month, or £1,290 a year

Several pages under one login, every door, the approval workflow with a code, a 48-hour follow-up sequence.

Headliner

For speakers, coaches and founders with more than one business or offer. The lead list is yours to export. Annual is ten months for twelve.

Stand
£195per stand, per show

A gate on everything on the stand. The list in your inbox the night the hall closes.

Up to 40 speakers set up before the doors open, and a branded organiser dashboard.

By application

No public listing. The number never leaves the system. Every request vetted by a person.

Private

Set-up done for you, a code only you hand out, a named person to call. Priced as a service, because the value is the person vetting the requests, not the software.

Founding rates for the first ten customers on each tier, locked for life. Prices exclude VAT.

The service

Built to last. Looked after by a person.

Nobody stays for a lock-in. They stay because leaving would mean giving something up.

Your price, kept

The rate you join at is the rate you keep, written on the invoice.

Set up before the doors open

You arrive with the page working, not with a to-do.

A tidy list by morning

Leads delivered as a clean sheet the day after, not a raw export.

A named person on WhatsApp

During show hours, someone who knows your set-up answers.

What your doors did

A short note each quarter, with the one change that would have caught more.

Better the longer you stay

A second show at a tenth off. A referral worth a free month.

An honest line

If your problem is only a reliable tap, a card app is the right call, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have paid us. Ropeline is for when who sees what matters.

Early access

Tell us the room you work.

We are onboarding a small number of organisers, exhibitors and speakers before the public launch. Say which you are and we will set your first page up with you.

One email to confirm. No sequence, no spam.

Thank you. You are on the list, and your request is already a row in our own engine, which is rather the point. We will be in touch from admin@ropeline.io.
